Refund Policy

One-time indicator purchases

Every standalone indicator purchase comes with a 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund window. Email support@pyratime.com within 24 hours of purchase with the email address you used at checkout (your Stripe receipt works too). When a purchase is refunded, the TradingView script access granted with it is revoked.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@pyratime.com from your account email. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started. If a renewal charged in error — or you contact us within 24 hours of an accidental renewal — we will refund it.
• Credits already consumed are not refundable.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
