Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PyraTime website at www.pyratime.com, our TradingView indicators, desk applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What PyraTime is — and is not

PyraTime provides charting and market-geometry analysis tools, including indicators based on W.D. Gann's Square of Nine. PyraTime is an educational and analytical tool. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or trading advice, and no output of the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past patterns do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time indicator purchases grant access to a specific invite-only TradingView script for the TradingView username you provide at or after checkout.
• Credits included with plans or purchases are consumed by analysis features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited when your account is closed.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Indicator access

TradingView indicator access is granted to a single TradingView username for your personal use. Access tied to a subscription remains active while the subscription is active. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute indicator access, source code, or signals derived from the Service for commercial redistribution.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or copy our indicators or scripts; circumvent access controls or entitlements; abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all indicators, scripts, designs, and content, is owned by PyraTime and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including sharing indicator access. On termination, your license ends and TradingView access granted through the Service may be revoked.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of market data or projections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyraTime's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
